Security: Ensure the safety and security of the residential property by monitoring access, CCTV systems, and conducting regular security checks.
Service Coordination: Oversee the coordination of services such as package deliveries, maintenance requests, and visitor management, ensuring they are handled efficiently.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, and coordinate with appropriate authorities when necessary.
