Looking for an expert koozie Screen Printer to join our company today! Have you ever seen a Koozie can cooler with the name of your favorite band or performer at a concert? Have you ever seen a koozie beer bottle holder with a company logo or slogan? If you have, you very well may have seen products manufactured or decorated/imprinted by our amazing team! Our screen print shop is in-house and produces thousands of pieces daily. We specialize in screen printing on high quality neoprene (wetsuit material) beverage insulators.

Job Summary:
The Koozie Screen Printer is responsible for set up’s, adjustments, and operation of the printing machines, this can be either the automated or manual machine. They are to prepare items processed for the next routing step and ensure that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to create stencils
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including automatic and manual machines
- Load materials onto the printing press and adjust settings for optimal print quality
- Print designs onto various materials, such as apparel, promotional items, and signage
- Ensure accurate registration and alignment of prints
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and work area
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets printing requirements
Skills:
· Proficiency in screen printing
· Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and composition
· Ability to provide art direction and work collaboratively with a team
· Knowledge of color theory and its application in print production
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year prior experience
- High School diploma/GED or relevant skills
- Must be a Team Player that is well organized and driven in making a positive impact to the department.
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime as scheduled and/or required to meet business timelines.
- Must be able to organize workload in an effective manner.
- Must have a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
- Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
- Must be able to operate a Screen Printer
- Frequent amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull
- Must be able to stand 8 hours
