Overview
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the coordination and daily tracking of systems and applications used to support the inventory fulfillment system for the Replenishment Team. This role enables supply chain strategy through execution initiatives and will act as the go-between for multiple cross functional team members as part of the integration activities.

Overview
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the coordination and daily tracking of systems and applications used to support the inventory fulfillment system for the Replenishment Team. This role enables supply chain strategy through execution initiatives and will act as the go-between for multiple cross functional team members as part of the integration activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports the Replenishment and Logistics function which currently uses the JDA/Blue Yonder platform.
- Adheres to the product vision and road map that aligns with the business strategy.
- Acts as the "Voice of the Customer", translating customer journey into work that can be consumed by the technical team
- Assists in the coordination of feedback sessions with various stakeholders to help develop the product road map and identify relevant business value
- Prioritizes team backlog with manager using economic prioritization.
- Refines and maintains the backlog including description, benefit hypothesis, business context, objectives, key results, and acceptance criteria.
- Tracks when change orders are work ready for UAT and/or Production and their current status.
- Assists with demonstrations to stakeholders.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Supports the team during planning cadences by answering questions on business context and acceptance criteria
- Supports QA activities including functional unit testing and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to key requirements, design, and review sessions where aspects of the solution being considered address key elements of the business vision
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Working experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering is preferred.
- Working experience in JDA/Blue Yonder module or similar application
- Background in supply chain, replenishment, or logistics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Thorough problem-solving and investigative skills
- Project Management experience (preferably Agile)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Timeliness and professionalism
- The ideal candidate must be flexible to travel as needed (5%)
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
