About the Role
The SCM Operations Analyst will assist the LG H&H USA Inbound Logistics team by tracking inbound shipments, supporting inventory management including deployment of inventory within network, and management of LGbeauty.com product availability. This role will encompass working with cross functional teams to ensure inventory is at the correct location when demand hits, along with continuous improvement work to streamline and advance the business.
This role will report to the Deployment and Continuous Improvement Manager.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the review, modification and execution of allocation and shipment of finished goods to all customers to provide a just-in-time inventory environment.
• Work with Distribution Centers or other customers on changes in demand, special request, large orders and local projects (including collation of product)
• Develop systems expertise to support best inventory control practices while maintaining service targets to all customers
• Review reports and system data for accuracy - including but not limited to ensuring inventory discrepancies are dealt with expediently
• Develop relationships with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing Shipping, and Branch teams to ensure that Customer Service goals are achieved and maintained
• Understand data flow and when it gets updated in different systems
• Create order in E1 (ERP system) to transfer inventory for each network location
• Support inquiries from related teams on item availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Bilingual Korean / English a plus
• Experience within a Supply Chain function is a plus including but not limited to supply chain functional operations such as production, material handling, purchasing, and finance
• High working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel (must be able to maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Attention to details and strong communication skill is required
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
