Osi Vision is seeking a technical Writer and audio storyteller to support the Academy of Program/Project & Engineering Leadership Knowledge Services (APPEL KS) Program Office. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong conversational/speaking skills, an understanding of the NASA culture, and the capability to work collaboratively within a strong and supportive team.
The Scientific Tech Writer and Podcast Host ensures the following actions are provided/accomplished in support of APPEL KS Program Management Office:
- Perform as Podcast moderator/host
- Lead Podcast development and management activities
- Active involvement in the development of “Small Steps, Giant Leaps” Podcast bi-monthly episodes.
o Episodes serve as a means of regular communication with the Agency’s technical workforce about best practices, lessons learned, and new developments at NASA.
o Interview podcast guests and help them tell their story
o Work with podcast team to research topics and speakers, develop questions, record podcast session, edit session, produce final episode to be released on all major platforms
- Moderate knowledge sharing panel discussions with subject matter experts
- Conduct virtual video learning series with agency leadership to capture and retain key lessons learned
- Act as an interviewer and audio storyteller
- Be a team member that can adjust to a fast-paced learning environment

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum - BS/BA Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Podcast experience
- Background check required
- Strong conversational/speaking skills
- Production and audio editing a plus
- Zencastr and Adobe Creative Cloud capability a plus
- Sound editing experience a plus
- Candidates located in the Kennedy Space Center (Merritt Island FL) or NASA Headquarters (Washington DC) locations are desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,288.24 - $90,970.79 per year
