Teaching Assistants
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and assistance to students with special needs. You will work closely with classroom teachers to implement instructional activities and strategies, and you will provide students with the support they need to succeed in their academics and social interactions.

Description and Job Duties

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
• Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

Interview Process:

• 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
• 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
• Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
• You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
