Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse needs. In this fulfilling role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to implement individualized therapy plans, support students in reaching their full potential, and foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' sensory,motor,and social-emotional skills to identify areas of challenge and opportunity.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies to address student's individual needs,focusing on areas such as self-care,fine motor skills,handwriting,visual perception,sensory processing,and social participation.
• Collaborate with teachers,counselors,and other school personnel to create and implement IEPs and 504 plans that ensure students' success in the classroom and beyond.
• Participate in team meetings,progress reports,and parent conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students with disabilities in the classroom.
• Stay up-to-date on current occupational therapy practices and research through ongoing professional development.
