We have an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full school year in the state of Mississippi. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, both in one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as required.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure in Mississippi.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
