FRONTIERREGIONALSCHOOLDISTRICTTITLE: SCHOOL SECRETARY QUALIFICATIONS: HighSchoolDiplomawithtrainingorexperienceinthefieldofsecretarialscienceandofficemanagementaswellasknowledgeofofficemachinesandprocedures.Computerskills,strongorganizationalskillsandcommunicationskills,theabilitytomaintainconfidentiality,andexcellentinterpersonalskillsarerequired.KnowledgeofExcel,Word,andPowerPointpreferred. Willingness to learn PowerSchool and Parent Square. This is a permanent 10 month position.REPORTSTO: PrincipalPERFORMANCERESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Meet, greet, and assist the public, members of the school community, students and staff with the needs they bring to the office.2.Work with the school's computer information database, record keeping and reporting.3.Ability to work with data software systems, including data entry, running various reports, troubleshooting, etc. Willingness to be trained on software systems.4.Assist Health Services Dept.and Athletic Director with clerical duties.5.Typing notices, memos, and general correspondence.6.Answering the telephone.7.Perform additional office duties as determined by administration.
