We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Transcribe messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Google Drive and Canvas
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
- Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures
