Join us at Lilypad Learning.Key Responsibilities: Availability during school days to complete remote assessments in various school settings.Analyze and integrate data from intake forms, behavioral observations, and assessment results to produce detailed reports with potential diagnoses and practical recommendations.Adhere to stringent timelines to deliver high-quality reports, meeting or exceeding client expectations.Maintain strict confidentiality in line with Lilypad Learning policies and relevant legal requirements.Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in establishing rapport with clients in a virtual setting.Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., conducting virtual meetings).Minimum of one year of experience in psychoeducational assessment, including comprehensive test administration, scoring, and interpretation (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-4).Proven track record in writing integrated psychological evaluation reports.Masters degree (or higher) in Clinical or Educational Psychology, with relevant licensure to provide services in Massachusetts.A secure and private workspace with reliable internet for conducting assessments and consultations.
