Job Description:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated School Occupational Therapist to join our team in Scarborough, Maine. This part-time position, with a focus on direct services, progress reporting, and student evaluations, is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a PreK-12 educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address the unique needs of individual students.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans to support students' educational and functional goals.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in pliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive school environment for students of all ages.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of Maine.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Dedication to the well-being and success of students.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school munity.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
