RN/LPN Contract Position - Summer 2023
Location: Methuen, MA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: Summer 2023 (July - August)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a contract position for the summer of 2023 in Methuen, MA. As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, and documenting medical information accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient's vital signs and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with patient care, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Evaluate patient's needs and develop care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the physician
- Educate patients and their families on the proper care and management of their conditions
Requirements:
- Active RN/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
