Description:Sage International School, a public school choice, has an opening for a Bus Driver who will transport school aged children to activities and field trips. This role will be under the guidance of the ESage Coordinator and will work Fridays, school breaks, and summer. Shifts and hours may vary depending on field trips.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with passenger and School Bus endorsement.
- 21 years or older and have a good driving record
- Minimum of 1 year preferred working with children of all abilities
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and use sound judgment
- Certified in CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain certifications upon hire.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build genuine relationships with students and coworkers and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Experience with outdoor recreational activities preferred
NOTE:
All certificated and non-certificated employees and other individuals are required to undergo a criminal history check and submit to fingerprinting.
