BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) 2023 2024 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract BCBA to provide services for a school district in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. The BCBA will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to conduct assessments and provide behavior analytic services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
• Provide direct and indirect behavior analytic services to students in grades K-8 across 2-3 school sites
• Train and supervise school staff on implementing behavior intervention plans and behavior analytic strategies
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments and interventions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
