Position Overview: We are currently conducting interviews for the position of BCBA to work collaboratively with school districts in the Fort Smith, ARarea. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs through the implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Qualifications: Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered for this role. Please ensure that you possess the following qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State licensure if required
- Experience in applied behavior analysis within educational settings is preferred
Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to create effective support strategies
- Providing training to school personnel on behavior management techniques
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress
