Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a real difference in the lives of children?
Lighthouse Charter School and Delta Elementary Charter School are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and support students in grades 4th and 5th!
In this rewarding role, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive learning environments for two students (ages 9-13) with behavioral needs. You will conduct a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) for a 4th grader and develop a SCIA (Systematic Curriculum for Instruction in Autism) for a 5th grader. You will then design and implement behavior intervention plans to help these students succeed in school.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) for a 4th grader
- Develop a Systematic Curriculum for Instruction in Autism (SCIA) for a 5th grader
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on FBA and SCIA results
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent implementation of plans
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to plans as needed
- Provide training and support to staff on positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of FBA, SCIA, and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
