School-Based Occupational Therapist

Location: Anacortes, WA Area

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing their unique needs and fostering skill development.
• Maintain accurate and prehensive records of assessments, progress reports, and intervention plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.
