Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate patients with musculoskeletal dysfunctions, develop an appropriate plan of care, and implement the treatment utilizing evidence-based research.
- Evaluate and create patient care plans
- Document all pertinent information
- Maintain patient confidentiality within HIPAA guidelines
Requirements & Skills
- License(s): Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- New graduates welcome to apply but must be eligible for Indiana Licensure
- Interest and experience with orthopedic conditions, lymphedema, balance/ vestibular rehabilitation, and aquatic rehab are a plus!
- Strong passion for patient care
Employment Details
- PRN/Part Time with possible expansion to Full-Time if interested
- Lafayette and West Lafayette, IN locations
- Monday- Friday
- Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00- 6:30 and Friday 7:00- 5:00
