Position Description:
- Create, update, and submit Learning Contract as required by field placement professor
- Communicate paperwork deadlines to assigned clinical supervisor and submit in timely manner
- Attend weekly supervision with assigned clinical supervisor
- Complete necessary agency and program trainings
- Perform all internship duties under supervision of assigned clinical supervisor
- Provide counseling in a school setting with focus on cognitive-behavioral strategies
- Complete assessments and assign accurate diagnoses
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with client's treatment team
- Complete other duties as required
Education/Experience Requirements
- Must be enrolled in master’s level field placement course
- Must have an active Trainee license through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board

- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills while prioritizing tasks
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the client, school, and program
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Frequent to constant sitting.
