- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in scheduling, preferably in a multi-provider practice/hospital/mental health office.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential in maintaining clear and efficient communication channels.
- Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure no appointment goes unnoticed.
- Armed with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you'll tackle any scheduling puzzles that come your way.

- Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour, with an increase upon satisfactory review (first review within the first 90 days). 5% pay incentive for bi-lingual.
