Gluer Operator.

Carton Service creates custom paperboard packaging for the food and healthcare industry, with a passion for sustainability. This is a clean, well-lit facility working primarily with machines that are converting paperboard into printed, cut, folded and glued cartons.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd shift: 4pm - 2 am Mon-Thurs (3pm-12am Fri/Sat OT as needed)
• 3rd shift: 8pm - 6 am Sun-Thurs (11pm-7am Fri/Sat OT as needed)

Pay Rate:

starting at $16/hr.

Work environment:

This is a clean, climate controlled, well-lit facility, This facility is ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING and TOBACCO FREE. You cannot smoke or leave the building AT ALL during your ten hour shift.

Job Duties/Requirements:

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot folder/gluer machines to produce straight lines and complex folding cartons
• Read and understand order jackets
• Learn to access all instructions pertinent to gluing set-up, case pack, and palletization
• Perform quality checks on finished materials
• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
