SalaryPride Group is looking for a full-time Scheduler to join our team - Hiring NOW!
Our Scheduling team works with Event Managers, Site Supervisors, Event and Security Associates to sufficiently staff all of our events and fulfill client requests. Our Schedulers are the primary contacts for our team of over 500 self-scheduling Associates!
Occasional weekend and after hours work should be expected during our busy season. Basic computer knowledge, phone, and customer service experience is preferred and would be beneficial. However, on-the-job training will be provided and professional development is always supported and encouraged.
The ideal candidate will:
*Have the ability to schedule Associates in a consistent and fair manner with the best interest of the company at all times.
*Have the ability to foresee seasonal Associate needs and quantities and communicate accordingly.
*Have the ability to uphold the scheduling procedure required to maintain a high level of Associates on each event.
*Fulfill all schedules at least a week out according to the scheduling procedures.
*Maintain a positive rapport with the Associate database over the phone, in person, and via email by being respectful and professional at all times.
*Understand the types of positions and qualifications needed at each event to fill the schedules with the appropriate Associate.
*Be able to effectively communicate exact parking, check-in, driving directions, uniform and responsibilities on-site for all events to each and every Associate.
*Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in an office setting.
*Work with a sense of urgency
*Build constructive working relationships with our Associates and members of our Leadership Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
