Job Description

Provides scheduling and staffing assistance in nursing administration

Job Responsibility

• Reviews staffing and enters schedules in Kronos system
• Acts as liaison between nursing staff and nursing administration and leadership
• Records and communicates sick calls for nursing staff
• Receives incoming phone calls and directs calls as appropriate
• Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
• Kronos Experience Preferred
