Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Scheduler at our Portland, Oregon location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As the Scheduler, you will create and manage ongoing schedules for both our caregivers and clients. You will be responsible for documenting any schedule changes, caregiver callouts, and client cancellations, while monitoring caregiver timesheets daily. When joining our team, you will be the primary contact for both clients and caregivers. This focuses on managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to voicemails, handling client/caregiver concerns and questions.
Hours: Part Time MTW 8:00a - 5:00p
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 DOE

Job Responsibilities:
- Create ongoing schedules for both caregivers and clients
- Reach out to available caregivers to fill shifts due to call outs
- Check daily timesheets for missed clock in/out
- Handle sick calls by removing the shift and informing the client
- Answer all incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to caregivers, clients, case managers, etc.
- Receive and respond to caregiver and client questions/concerns
- Provide documentation for call outs, fill-in shifts, caregiver/client concerns, schedule changes, new schedules added into the system, cancelled services
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Able to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of In-Home Scheduling experience is a plus!
- Excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or related experience
- Ability to pass a background check
