Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Resource Scheduler role will analyze conditions and violations from inspection findings and will determine the necessary corrective actions to create work orders specifying the required repairs or fixes.This full-time position is located in Portland, OR.
Responsibilities:
- Receive list of conditions/violations that have been identified via inspections
- Support in the research of existing violations and locations of utility poles within Google Maps, QuickBase, and ARC-GIS
- Create work orders in Maximo to correct National Electric Safety Code (NESC) violations on utility pole
- Create Forestry/Landscape jobs in QuickBase to mitigate vegetation around utility poles or the spans of cable between
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2-years in similar role
- Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Database entry
- GIS applications experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Enjoys consistent type of work at high volume
- Fast learner
- Team player
