Scheduler Job Qualifications:

• Must have a current/active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• 1 year of experience scheduling in the health care industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficient and capability of learning new software.
• Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships.

Scheduler Job Overview

The primary purpose for the Scheduler is to expedite patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team. The scheduler position is also a back-up for the HR position and will be trained in various HR functions. The scheduler will also be required to work some shifts on the floor. Position will require employee to provide direct patient care, as needed.

Scheduler Job Responsibilities

• Manage clinical staffing shift assignments and make changes as needed.
• Communicate assignments, assignment changes and all ongoing scheduling needs to staff timely.
• Communicate regularly with HR Director and advise future staffing needs, as necessary.
• Work the floor as needed.
