We are seeking an organized and proactive Schedule Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities include scheduling crews and service calls, assisting with purchasing materials, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service. Answer and direct phone calls. Input new leads into CRM system
- Schedule/coordinate a maintenance department production schedule
- Manage maintenance crew time tracking
- Provide a high level of communication with clients regarding services
- Work in Excel assisting with ordering job materials and inventory
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Work in Quickbooks to perform data entry
Requirements:
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in vendor management and procurement
- Experience in Quickbooks is a plus

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
