SBA Processor / REMOTE

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE SBA EXPERIENCE!

Assists loan officers in collecting and compiling relevant information for loan requests. Prepares loan documents in accordance with policies and regulations and assures that appropriate documentation is completed.

PRINCIPAL ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Services customers in a courteous, efficient and professional manner; maintains a professional working relationship with co-workers.
• Prepares loan documentation in accordance with appropriate regulations and requirements to assure proper regulatory and lien position.
• Reconciles new SBA loan transactions and inputs new loan data on the core system
• Assembles and maintains file and computer information in an accurate and accessible fashion.
• Orders supporting documentation required for commercial loan processing to include title work, appraisals, surveys, credit reports, etc.
• Balances and maintains account records regarding Loans ,insurances, escrows, etc.
• Monitors and maintains SBA loan balances within parameters specified by lending policy and participation agreements.
• Assists loan officers in researching and obtaining information and documentation relevant to credit requests.
• Assures that loan collateral is properly insured, and that verification is stored in an accessible fashion, generally through document imaging.
• Monitors UCC filing information for liens on equipment and that verification is stored in an accessible fashion
• Prepares discharges of mortgage as necessary to release real estate collateral liens.
• Monitors daily account transactions, performs account maintenance and corrects posting errors
• Performs account advances and transfer requests
• Performs SBA monthly remittance and reporting
• Assembles, prepares, sorts, scans and indexes complex documents being converted to electronic/digital format
• May function in a backup capacity to other areas of the Loan Department as needed.
• Complies with security policies, internal controls and procedures.
• Performs all other duties and projects as assigned

Experience:

• 2+ years of SBA experience
• High School Degree
• Computer Efficient
