SalaryJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining saw equipment to cut various materials according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Duties: - Set up and operate saw equipment, including hand tools, press, CNC, and other machinery - Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules - Measure and mark materials for cutting - Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate cuts - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: - Previous experience operating saw equipment is preferred - Knowledge of machining processes and techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Proficiency in using hand tools and other machinery related to saw operations - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Ability to lift heavy materials as required - Familiarity with welding, press brake machines, programming, fabricating, assembling, or milling machines is a plus If you are a skilled Saw Operator looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
