Job Duties
- Work Safe!
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Work from blue prints in MES and verbal instruction.
- Read the drawing; select the proper tooling. Follow instructions from Supervisor and prepare the machine to perform operation by programming the machine, selecting proper mandrel, clamp, bend and wiper dies.
- Verify parts are made to specifications, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Notify Supervisor or lead person of any tool rework necessary.
- Store parts in designated area.
- Record each container yield of production activities in MES, maintain equipment and an orderly work area, restock and request parts as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Use of decimals, fractions, scales, radius gauges, calipers and protractor.
- On job training.
First shift is Monday through Friday from 10pm to 6am with mandatory overtime on the weekend!
