Job Title: SAP Testing
Location: Riverwood, IL (Onsite from day 1)
Job Type: 6-12+ month Contract
Job Description:
- 10+ Years of Relevant experience in SAP SD OTC/FICO testing is mandated.
- SAP SD /OTC testing experience - Functional, Integration, Interface, System(E2E) Testing
- Configuration knowledge not mandatory
- Highly experienced in creation of test plans and test cases.
- Testing Expertise in SAP SD
- Strong in OTC business process of Contract Management ( Billing plans / pricing /Output determination, Revenue Recog)
- 3rd party processes
- Rush Order process
- Service Order process / P.O Process.
- Delivery & Billing.
- Pricing o Return Process
- EDI process
- Integration testing -SAP MM -FI
- Support to automation team about SAP functionality
- Excellent communication skill with experience in client interactions
- Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins.
- Conducting daily shift startup meetings with your crews.
- Ensuring employees are setup in the clocking system.
- Performing daily audits.
- Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication including safety meetings.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues.
- Produce requested management reports for both client and Management of Epic personnel.
- Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements
