Role: SAP Project Manager - SuccessFactors
Structure: Full-time
Location: Remote with Travel requirement in United States
Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours)
We are working with our client who are one of the largest system integrators for SAP SuccessFactors and Human Capital Management platforms in North America.
Currently, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their organization on a full-time permanent basis.
Candidates for this role must be willing to work remotely and travel (up to 70%) to accommodate assignments. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Software and the person must have experience managing multiple SuccessFactors implementation projects at one time.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serves as the single point of contact for customer
- Creates the initial resourcing, staffing and budget
- Creates and manages and the project plan
- Aligns schedules between Client and Customer
- Tracks project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines
- Notifies Delivery Executive when concerns arise
- Tracks risks and updates log
- Tracks and monitors budget
- Documents and addresses all client issues and escalates as needed
- Responsible for gathering and documenting Customer milestone sign-offs
Skills and Experience
- Must have deep domain knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, to include experience leading multiple SuccessFactors implementation projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR industry Best Practices
- Previous experience leading complex HRIS Implementation projects, preferably in a professional services or Consulting environment
- Completion of an undergraduate degree, preferably in the fields of Information Systems/Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Interest in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting
