What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Mobile Experience and EngineeringiXp Intern – Software Developer
Location: Remote Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In office Tuesday and Thursday at Naperville, IL office.
Expected start date: June 2023.
In this position your skills will be matched to a project in which you will research, develop, document, and demo a POC. A successful POC will be further developed and included in a future release of an SAP mobile app.
Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:
Create unit-test and automate test scripts for feature development.
Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.
Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.
Meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies around the globe.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
A minimum of 60 credit hours working towards a BS degree in Computer Science.
Strong Java, Swift, or C++ skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
A strong interest in mobile application development.
Meet your team:
Be part of a small, tight-knit team of development professionals.
Work with various members of the team to learn about front-end and back-end development, business analysis, requirements gathering, and application architecture.
Work collaboratively to provide solutions to customers.
Participate in daily scrums, sprint feature estimating, and sprint demos.
Work closely with Developers, QA, UX Designers, and Product Owners.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
