Day To Day Responsbilities:
Payroll Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and maintain payroll settings within SAP ECP using the Payroll Control Center.
Manage payroll schemas, rules, and deductions specific to US tax regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for payroll processing.
Processing and Monitoring:
Execute payroll cycles for various pay types, including regular salaries, bonuses, and overtime.
Monitor payroll processes using the Payroll Control Center to identify and resolve errors.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll payments and tax filings.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate payroll reports using SAP tools to analyze payroll data and identify trends.
Assist with payroll audits and compliance requirements.
Stay up-to-date on changes in US payroll regulations and update configurations accordingly.
Support and Collaboration:
Provide technical support to payroll personnel and other users of the SAP ECP Payroll system.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll data accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes.
Must Have:
Proven experience working with SAP ECP, specifically the Payroll Control Center (PCC) module.
In-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations and tax calculations (Federal and State).
Experience with payroll processing concepts and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Query, Crystal Reports) a plus.
