SUMMARY: The SAP Business Analyst for Inventory Management (IM) will be responsible for the global SAP IM template, including business process design and adoption of standard ERP functionality. This role will be part of the SAP COE team and will partner with the Application Management Systems (AMS) support provider / System Integrator to deliver solutions and solve critical business issues. This position will serve as a key advisor to the business on continuous improvement and stabilization of the current global SAP IM template.

This position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and onsite in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverages the end-to-end Supply Chain IM process and functionality expertise to serve as IM subject matter expert (SME)
• Validates proposed solutions from system integrator.
• Reviews and drives configuration and testing outcomes with the system integrator teams.
• Facilitates and participates in relevant workshops with system integrators and drives standardization of business processes, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions in SAP IM processes.
• Provides guidance to internal teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP Supply Chain and related modules, with a goal to reduce custom Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW).
• Plays a key role in design decisions on Supply Chain related integration with non-SAP systems.

• Directs IM configurations & develop scenarios/tests to ensure compliance with Trident requirements.
• Provides expertise in identifying the relevant master and transactional data required for data cleansing and data extraction for migrations in SAP IM and Supply Chain in general.
• Serves as key advisor to business and IT for hands-on usage of S/4 HANA functionality.

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Keeps pace with the evolving S/4 HANA roadmap, research and run internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements.
• Provides training to internal teams on specific areas in SAP IM and related modules, as needed.
• Runs internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements.
• Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions 
• Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

• A minimum, of 5 years of experience in SAP modules, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation projects and at least one end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP IM and related Supply Chain modules.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing SAP business processes.
• Implementation experience in S/4 HANA in the manufacturing Food and Beverage Industry

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.
