Sanitation Team Member

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sanitation Team Members are primarily responsible for serving guests efficiently with proper sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the park. It is the duties of the Sanitation Team to ensure guests are able to enjoy the facility in a clean environment from the moment they enter the parking lot to the moment they step out of the doors. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, cleaning up trash from the parking lot, keeping the restrooms clean and stocked, cleaning spills, clearing café tables, and taking out trash.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the building i.e. dusting, mopping, power washing, etc.
• Complete weekly and monthly maintenance tasks as required by the management team.
• Stock and maintain the sanitation supply areas.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training as required.

• Other duties as tasked by Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Integrity

· High school degree

· Experience in residential or commercial housekeeping, cleaning, or other custodial/janitorial duties is a plus.

• Comfortable working with members of the public, able to initiate conversations and provide a sincere welcome and enjoy providing good service.

• Holds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.

• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
