Sanitation Supervisor

We currently have openings for full-time sanitation manager. The sanitation manager is responsible for maintaining our food safety and food quality standards. This 3rd shift position with overtime and additional hours possible on weekends and holidays. The sanitation manager will oversee the sanitation department; employees, schedules, write-ups and communicate with USDA and the Processing Manager.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7pm-5am

Essential Functions:

• Clean and sanitize all food and food packaging material contact surfaces
• Remove all dirt and egg build-up
• Follow chemical usage directions and procedures
• Use lift equipment (forklift/riders) as needed
• Manage sanitation employees and schedules
• Communicate with USDA and Processing Manager
• Complete other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a wet and dirty environment
• Must be able to transport approximately 35 lbs.
• Must be able to move throughout the facility, using step ladders
• Must be able to position self to clean and sanitize top and bottom of machines and conveyors
• Previous supervisor/manager experience is required
