SalaryWe're looking for an experienced cook to join our team. You'll be making breakfast and lunch items, particularly sandwiches and wraps. Our menu also consist of vegetarian and vegan options, such as tofu and other non meat/dairy items.
Come cook in a friendly environment in the middle of downtown.
The shifts are available between 6am - 5pm for three to five days a week.
The position starts at $15 per house, plus tips. Can be making $16 by the end of the first six months.
JOB DETAILS:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch menu items
- Preparing food items such as toasting bread, cooking chicken and preparing other ingredients.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to our standards
- Assembling sandwiches with precision and attention to detail
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils and workstations
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Completing daily duties and tasks
- Working as a team but also able to mange themselves when left alone
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
