Responsibilities: - Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards - Operate POS system and cash register to process customer orders and payments - Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitized - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing - Provide excellent customer service by taking accurate orders and addressing customer inquiries or concerns - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
