Qualifications and Experience:
- Positive, outgoing and energetic personality
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess the ability to prioritize tasks; time management skills, ability to self-start and multitask.
- Be willing and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- General computer knowledge is required
- Flexible availability including week nights, weekend and/or some holidays
- Prior experience in sales & retail, hospitality, customer service is REQUIRED!
Essential Duties:
- Provide superior customer service while encompassing our Salon Company standards
- Elevate the guest experience by offering enhancement offers and additional services
- Educate clients and close out retail sales
- Schedule client appointments efficiently and correctly
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Provide salon tours to new guests
- Check clients in to salon upon arrival/Check clients out post-service
- Coordinate clients on the salon/spa floor, ensuring each guests is running on time from department to department.
- Complete side work/ closing duties as directed
