Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon
- Supervise beauticians
- Create employee schedules
- Order products and maintain inventory
- Schedule regular maintenance of equipment and ensure peak operating conditions
- Adhere to the highest standards in beauty treatments and health and safety
Qualifications
- Experience in business administration, or relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience as a salon manager or similar position
- Knowledge of salon treatments and products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
- Certification in cosmetology is preferred but not required
- Full Time and or Part Time
