Salon Assistant

George the Salon is currently recruiting Salon Assistants to join our cutting or color program. This is a paid position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to enhance their skills in hair cutting or color techniques. As an assistant, you will receive hands-on experience working with our team, observing and learning new techniques, as well as gaining precision in executing great cuts or colors.

Candidates must either be graduates of a cosmetology program or currently enrolled in one.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Interest in beauty industry trends and a desire to learn new techniques
• Strong multitasking abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks

Education:

• Graduate of a cosmetology program or currently enrolled in one

While previous experience in a salon or beauty-related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are dedicated to providing training to candidates who show genuine passion for the industry.
