Salesperson/Customer Service

Advance Auto Parts at 3922 Western Blvd., Raleigh, NC is looking for retail sales associates to join our growing team. A successful candidate will have great customer service and communication skills as well as a patient, friendly demeanor. Strong preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers
• Offer assistance and direct customers to products and counters
• Provide information and suggestions
• Process payments and returns
• Arrange and maintain displays
• Clean store space (counters, shelves, products, windows, and floor)
• Manage inventory and restock shelves
• Set Planograms and front tags

Job Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Patience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Professional, clean appearance and friendly demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Basic math skills
• Basic product knowledge preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Previous inventory management preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience working as part of a team
