Responsibilities:

• Confidently recommend products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists
• Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists and services to meet their needs
• Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a positive and helpful demeanor
• Educate guests on current sales promotions and special offers
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout their journey
• Exhibit a team player & family mentality
• Demonstrate dedication to achieving both individual and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Must be goal-oriented and have sales, retail and guest service experience
• Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems
• Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
• Active Listener, Critical Thinker, including strong customer conflict resolution skills
• Ability to Passionately communicate with people and provide exceptional service on a consistent basis
• MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.) We are open 7 days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
