Description
Everi is looking for a passionate Salesforce Business Analyst who has experience with CPQ. This candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and enjoy partnering with a variety of teams to create strong relationships.
What Will You Be Doing?

• Exercises discretion and independent judgment identifying business and technical requirements for company products and systems including, but not limited to, cash access, compliance, and backend financial systems; reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs within scope of expertise.
• Responsible for tracking and coordinating the priorities, activities, issues, and progress of assigned projects; provides management with progress updates as required.
• Responsible for writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and user interface specifications.
• Assists in developing and documenting business requirements, process flows and system designs.
• Manages functional and non-functional requirements artifacts through all development and QA iterations.
• Participates in requirements analysis sessions with project stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Collaborates with project managers, developers, and testers ensuring the software delivery process produces traceable requirements; serves as liaison between user community, vendors, and IT.
• Assists with identifying and managing product requirements and release changes; participates in change management processes.
• Assists in developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT); ensures validation of business requirements with documented results.
• Assists in product launch initiatives and provides insight on product planning, strategy, and release.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams providing insight for new products, services, technology, and processes.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst / project management role in a complex business and systems environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Agile development environment, preferably as a Business Analyst.
• 4 years of experience with Salesforce, and has worked with CPQ.
• Comfortable with Azure DevOps and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Demonstrated experience using software to extract, analyze, organize, and communicate data to support and drive decision making.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,000 - $80,000 annually.
