We are currently hiring a Salesforce Technical Program Manager who is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Salesforce Center of Excellence optimization projects within our global Salesforce organization. The person in this role will facilitate the agile development process, ensuring that the Scrum team adheres to Scrum practices, and maximizes the team's productivity and efficiency. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. This position is Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the existing Salesforce implementation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and consultants. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Scrum Process Management: Guide the Scrum team in adhering to Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and sprint review.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Facilitate communication and manage expectations between the Scrum team and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with Center of Excellence stakeholders to understand the optimization requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather user stories and document business processes.
  • Change Management: Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve any issues or bugs identified.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on IT experience and 3+ years of experience managing and contributing to Salesforce optimization projects, preferably as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge and prior hands-on experience of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required.
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master) encouraged but not required.

Base Pay Range: $114,000 to $144,000.
