About the role:
*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.*
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Ad Operations and will work closely with the Senior Manager of Salesforce Operations to continually develop, enhance and refine our CRM tool that houses critical Ad Sales Revenue data for Fubo.
What you'll do:
- Architect and implement solutions in an integrated Salesforce environment – from ideation to deployment and beyond
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in understanding business requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on feature development
- Design and implement new features using the Salesforce ecosystem
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
- Establish and enforce coding standards and design patterns
- Test the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Write documents and provide technical training
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices and apply them to existing and future work
- Other Salesforce-based duties (e.g., pull requests, reports) as needed
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Preferably, experience within a media organization would be ideal
- Hands on experience in Salesforce, custom UI development, Lightning Web component creation/revision, and integrating APIs with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, utility cloud and sales cloud best practices and functionality
- Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items
- Strong data management abilities
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Ability to understand business requests and offer both business and technical solutions to the requests.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Cursory knowledge of Mulesoft Marketing Cloud a plus
- Soql, APEX, Java and web technologies experience a plus

Fubo's minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $115,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $165,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
