Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Everett, MA 02149 (Hybrid with 1 day office in a week)
Pay rate: $67/Hour on W2 basis
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Salesforce developer is responsible for collaborating with the Organization, Project Managers, other developers, Architect, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance, in the process of creating software deliverables and artifacts.
- As a member of the team, you must adhere to the organization’s methodologies and standards, and propose improvements based on software development best practices.
- Perform bug fixes, feature enhancements, run software updates and health checks as required by Salesforce, maintain integrations with other applications, manage licenses and access, and ensure accessibility and security in line with enterprise standards.
- Participation in efforts including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, roll out and documentation creation
- Perform Salesforce admin duties as needed.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven record of accomplishment working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and with cross functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin and Developer
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Experience with programming languages such as SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CSS.
- Experience with batch data and real-time stream processing on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Application Development & Configuration including Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validations rules, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. e. Experienced in developing UI pages using the LWC framework.
- Experience with Salesforce API integration for applications residing on various platforms. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools.
- ADM 201 and DEV 401 certifications
- Experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
