What will I be doing?
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer and Production Managerto join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of operational processes. You will manage resources, ensure efficiency, and strive to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to guarantee the overall success of the team.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture to promote innovation.
- In a managerial role, clarify brief details to ensure precise execution.
- Support the growth and development of individual team members.
- Ensure communications are delivered promptly and accurately to maintain transparency and alignment with the team.
- Allocate approximately 60% of effort to data mapping and personalization in email campaigns, optimizing targeting and engagement strategies.
- Devote 40% of effort to the strategic development of email templates and content creation within Salesforce, ensuring compelling and impactful communications.
- Email and Push expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – not interested in web or SMS; not interested in Pardot or B2B solutions.
- Experience with big volumes (5 MIL and above).
- Previous title as a developer in the last or previous role – internally advertised as "Senior CRM Production Developer".
- Ability to build and QA.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues.
- Experience in developing scalable solutions with complex dynamic elements and utilizing data and APIs.
- Ability to own the implementation of the project.
- AMPscript skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Proven track record in effectively overseeing team activities and optimizing performance.
- Ideal candidate will possess technical skills, preferably with a developer background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and showcase triage skills.
- Proficiency in data and audio segmentation, particularly leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strategic emphasis on the importance of data, audio segmentation, and Salesforce Data Cloud in guiding team activities.
- Skill in monitoring team capacity and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
- Ability to assume a managerial position for a team handling high-scale complexity, ensuring effective leadership in challenging scenarios.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $152,800 - $185,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
